Shetal
Mentlewski is the Director of Corporate Development,
Director of Environmental Affairs, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer of Shona Energy Company, Inc. Prior to joining
Shona Energy, she received her J.D. from South Texas College of
Law in May 2006. During law school, Mrs. Mentlewski clerked for an
Intellectual Property Litigation Boutique and was a participant of
the Federal Work-Study Program where she worked as an
Environmental Research Assistant. Mrs. Mentlewski also
participated in the summer study abroad program in Malta.
Mrs. Mentlewski graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999
with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering where she
received the Kathryn R. Hanneman Engineering Scholarship, Idame
Hobbs Scholarship, JW Van Dyke Memorial Scholarship, and the State
Scholarship for Ethnic Recruitment. While attending Texas A&M,
Mrs. Mentlewski was a member of the American Institute of Chemical
Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.
Upon graduation, Mrs. Mentlewski worked for Halliburton Kellogg
Brown & Root as a Process Design Engineer and Environmental
Process Engineer. She then went on to work for Marathon Oil
Company as an Oil and Gas Joint Venture Auditor. |
