Castleberry |
 Randy
Castleberry is the Executive Vice President of Corporate
Development for Shona Energy Company, Inc.
and Shona Energy Holdings International Limited. He brings
experience in managing growing businesses and structuring
investments to Shona. Prior to joining Shona as an officer and
partner, Randy founded and ran Intrepid Financial, an energy
oriented Investment banking boutique. Randy
also previously served as Managing Director of Halcyon
Investments and CapeFirst Capital. Randy identified, negotiated
and managed several of the firms' investments, including SPATCO
Environmental, Castle Automotive, and Columbia Service Partners.
Randy has also served as a retained consultant to two Southeast
banks (BB&T & NCNB) regarding restructuring activities.
Before beginning a capital markets career, Randy was the Chairman
and CEO of Southern Pump and Tank Company, the nation's largest
distributor of petroleum handling products.
Earlier, Randy was the President and COO of Lee-Moore Oil
Company/Pantry/Proctor-Wornom Group, the Southeast US 's most
innovative and diversified petroleum organization. During his time
at the Pantry, Randy was integral to the expansion activity of
this rapidly growing retail chain. Eleven acquisitions were
effected over an 8 year period resulting in sales advancing from
$90,000,000 to $450,000,000. Concurrent with his tenure at
Lee-Moore and The Pantry, Randy led Atlantic Petroleum. As
Executive Vice-President, he originated operations as a companion
organization to retail group, coordinated field operations in 8
states.
Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from North Carolina
State University. Mr. Castleberry is active in numerous energy
related trade organizations including his service as a member of
the Capital Markets Committee of the Independent Petroleum
Association of America and the Houston Producers Forum. |
